Grown by a close-knit group of producers in Huila, it shows off everything we love about Colombian coffee: sweetness, balance, and effortless drinkability. We first visited the producers in November 2022, and it’s been a steady relationship ever since.

In the cup, it’s classic — all the structure and clarity you'd expect, with a little extra richness. Think cherry bakewell: soft red fruit, almondy sweetness, and a biscuity edge that lingers. It’s not showy, just proper comforting, deeply moreish and a favourite.

We roast it to a medium profile to let that character shine — smooth and creamy as espresso, clean and composed through filter.
